Job summary

Bluefors Oy is seeking a Manufacturing Data Engineer to join our Manufacturing Engineering team in a role that bridges engineering, production, and product data management. You will ensure BOMs, PLM/ERP data, and ECO/ECM changes are accurate and released in a controlled manner.

The ideal candidate has a technical degree and several years' experience with ERP/PLM systems, BOM management, and data lifecycle processes.

Qualifications

A relevant technical degree.
A few years of relevant work experience in manufacturing or engineering.
Experience with ERP and PLM/PDM systems (Lean ERP is an advantage).
Experience maintaining Bills of Materials (BOMs).
Understanding ECO/ECM and product lifecycle management.
Strong English communication and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

Create, maintain, and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs).
Maintain product data in ERP and PLM systems.
Support and coordinate ECO/ECM changes.
Manage release and scheduling of revisions and changes.
Ensure data consistency between ERP and PLM systems.
Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing and Change Management teams.
Support product data quality and continuous process improvement.
Assist the Manufacturing Engineering team with product data management activities.
