• Lead and execute the S&OP process across operational and tactical horizons
• Align demand, supply, and financial targets
• Consolidate and communicate the production planning outlook across relevant board machines
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
• Use SQL and automation tools to improve planning accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with Business, Sales, Mills, Planning, and Customer Service stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, tools, and data quality
• Support scenario planning and risk management
• Partner with Sales on customer planning and demand reviews
• Present supply and demand data and support fact-based alignment with key accounts
• Serve as a key contact for S&OP-related questions and initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years of working experience in S&OP, demand planning, or supply planning roles
• Prior experience in a paper/packaging environment ideally
• Commercial or technical master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Hands-on experience writing SQL queries, including joins, aggregations, and data extraction
• Experience building and maintaining Power BI reports and data models using DAX
• Working knowledge of Python or similar tools for data automation is an advantage
• Experience with S&OP, ERP, or advanced planning systems
• Knowledge of OMP or Fenix is an advantage
• Proven ability to engage directly with customers and key accounts and present data, plans, and trade-offs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to make clear, timely decisions based on incomplete information
• Excellent written and verbal communication and networking skills
• Ability to influence without direct authority across an international matrix organization
• Fluency in English required
• Fluency in Swedish or Finnish strongly preferred depending on base location
• Willingness to travel occasionally
