Job summary

Veikkaus Oy is seeking a senior Loyalty & Bonus Manager to lead bonus development, customer benefits and promotions. The role focuses on data-driven activations and commercial impact within the Customer & Loyalty team, driving improvements and new bonus mechanics for launch in 2027.

The position is based at Veikkaus’ Helsinki HQ with a hybrid work model (three on-site days per week, including at least one on a Monday or Friday).

Qualifications

Strong experience in bonus management, reward mechanics or customer promotions, ideally within iGaming.
6–8 years of experience in customer loyalty, CRM or digital marketing within a B2C environment.
An analytical mindset and the ability to turn customer data into effective activations.
Experience in testing and optimising campaign performance and commercial impact.
A proactive, hands‑on approach and the ability to drive development across teams.
Excellent communication skills in Finnish or English. Fluency in Finnish is preferred, but fluent English is also accepted.
Experience with analytics tools such as Power BI and a relevant university degree are considered a plus.

Responsibilities

Own bonus development and new bonus models for launch in the second half of 2027.
Manage customer benefits, prize draws and promotions on a day-to-day basis.
Use analytics to plan targeted activations and improve results.
Collaborate with CRM, marketing, analytics and business teams.
Test and refine engagement concepts and drive continuous improvement.
