Job summary

Veikkaus is seeking a senior Loyalty & Bonus Manager to lead bonus development and customer promotions within the Lottery & Land-based Games unit in Helsinki. You will own the design of bonus mechanics, drive data-driven activations and collaborate across CRM, marketing and analytics.

In this role you’ll shape the future of our bonus capabilities, test new concepts, and ensure successful execution of promotions with a strong customer focus and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in customer loyalty, CRM or digital marketing within a B2C environment.
• Strong experience in bonus management or customer promotions.
• Analytical mindset and ability to turn customer data into effective activations.
• Experience in testing and optimising campaign performance and commercial impact.
• Excellent communication skills in Finnish or English.

Responsibilities

• Shape our bonus models, mechanics and ways of working, bringing in industry best practices.
• Manage existing customer benefits, prize draws and promotions, ensuring effective day-to-day operations.
• Use customer data, segmentation and performance insights to plan targeted activations and improve results.
• Develop and test new bonus and engagement concepts, turning learnings into more effective activations.
• Contribute to loyalty programme development and drive initiatives across teams.
