Job summary

We are seeking a Principal Product Manager for Clash Royale to drive player engagement and business growth through Live Operations and monetization initiatives. You will own multiple areas of the game, shaping operational excellence and player experiences at scale.

You will analyze data and feedback to optimize engagement and monetization strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate insights into player-facing features. Helsinki-based role with global impact.

Qualifications

• 6+ years as a Product Manager in free-to-play mobile games.
• Strong understanding of engagement drivers and monetization design in live service games.
• Proven ownership and data-driven decision making.
• Experience designing and evaluating experiments (A/B/multivariate).
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to ship initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of live operations and/or monetization elements.
• Define roadmap and action plans for owned areas within live ops and monetization.
• Define and track goals for major initiatives feeding high-level game targets.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and multivariate experiments to optimize player experience and business impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into player-facing features and initiatives.
• Build understanding of best-in-class F2P live ops activities, feature design and monetization mechanics.
