Job summary

Supercell, based in Helsinki, Finland, seeks a Senior Live Ops Manager for Clash of Clans to own live operations and monetization strategy, driving growth and player engagement.

You will lead day-to-day execution of in-game sales, events, and features, collaborate with game analysts to extract insights, run A/B tests, and push performance-focused improvements. Willingness to travel is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and own a live ops and monetization strategy aligned with audience and business goals.
• Drive day-to-day execution of in-game sales, offers, and live events.
• Own the roadmap of features and tools to grow and improve live ops, coordinating with stakeholders.
• Conduct quantitative analysis with game analysts to derive product insights and opportunities.
• Perform A/B and multivariate tests to optimize retention, engagement, and monetization.
• Bring expertise in best-in-class F2P live ops, feature design, and monetization mechanics.
