Smartly.io in Helsinki is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to design and maintain crucial backend services and integrate with the Meta Marketing API. You will improve the performance and scalability of systems processing high volumes of advertising operations while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Strong experience building production software as a backend or full-stack engineer.
• Professional experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
• Experience designing and scaling production services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, including three days per week in the Helsinki office.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain backend services for Smartly's Meta Workspaces.
• Build integrations with the Meta Marketing API.
• Develop systems to handle high-volume advertising operations.
• Collaborate with various teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Explore AI-enabled tools to improve engineering workflows.
