Job summary

Aarni Henkilöstö Oy hakee lähihoitajia, joilla on voimassa oleva LOP/PKV/KIPU1/VARO-lääkelupien rekisteröinti. Työ painottuu kotihoitoon Vantaa- ja Kerava-alueilla sekä on on-call, vuorot ilmoitetaan tekstiviestillä lyhyellä varoitusajalla.

Edellytetään ajokorttia/ omaa autoa, sujuvaa suomen kieltä ja Valvira-merkintöjä. Tarjolla on aloitus mahdollisimman pian sekä joustavat, viikottain suunnittelun mukaiset työvuorot.

Qualifications

• Lähihoitaja-ammatti ja rekisteröinti Valviran JulkiTerhikki-rekisteriin on pakollinen.
• Sujuva suomen kieli on välttämätön.
• LOP, PKV, KIPU 1 ja VARO -lääkeluvat ovat valmiiksi vaadittuja.
• Lyhyellä varoitusajalla työskentely on mahdollisuus.
• Rover ja Apotti järjestelmien tuntemus katsotaan eduksi.

Responsibilities

• Työskentely pääosin kotihoidossa Vantaa- ja Kerava-alueilla.
• Varmista potilaan hoidon sujuvuus ja turvallinen päivittäinen avustaminen.
• Sopivien vuorojen valinta ja tekstiviestillä annetut esittelyvuorot sekä mahdolliset viikonloput/öiset vuorot.

Job description

We are seeking licensed practical nurses (lääkeluvallisia lähihoitajia) for hourly shifts, mainly in home care across Vantaa and Kerava welfare areas. Requires active LOP, PKV, KIPU 1 and VARO sections. This is a temporary on‑call role with shifts announced by text message on short notice, often for the same or next day. Work shifts are mainly weekdays morning and evening, with occasional weekend and night shifts. Daily home care needs with a driving license typically required. Also duties in assisted living, for disabled and elderly, and you can choose suitable shifts. Immediate start once a suitable shift is found. Locations spread across Vantaa and Kerava. Rover and Apotti system knowledge required; onboarding is possible for those not yet familiar with the systems. Reliable and caring employer.

Requirements

• practical nurse education and registration in Valvira’s JulkiTerhikki register (students cannot be considered)
• fluent Finnish
• completed LOVE medication licenses LOP, PKV, KIPU 1 and VARO sections (we can help with VARO if needed)
• ability to take on shifts with short notice
• vaccination protection under Infectious Diseases Act §48 and health certificate under Act §55 TB if required
• Rover system knowledge required
• Apotti system knowledge required

Compensation

We offer good pay: 18 €/h (includes 9% holiday pay) with possible shift allowances (monthly pay over 2850 € with full work time).

Payroll twice a month. Flexible scheduling.
