CTS Group is seeking an experienced HSE Senior Manager to join our team in Seinajoki, Finland, for major Data Centre projects. You will lead Health, Safety, and Environmental activities on site, ensuring top HSE performance.

This role requires strong leadership and safety management skills, with a focus on fostering a proactive safety culture while adhering to compliance and best practices. Candidates should have significant experience in similar roles within construction or mission-critical

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of HSE Senior Manager experience in construction or industrial environments.
• Experience leading on large-scale construction or Data Centre projects.
• Fluent English essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Health, Safety and Environmental activities across the project.
• Drive a proactive safety culture and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Provide leadership to the wider site HSE team.
