Job summary

CTS Group is recruiting an experienced HSE Officer to join our team delivering hyperscale Data Centre projects in Seinajoki, Finland. You will promote health, safety and environmental standards on site, working closely with project teams, subcontractors and clients to ensure work is carried out safely and in line with company procedures.

The role is site-based with inductions, toolbox talks and proactive safety observations, benefiting from ongoing training and development within a growing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health & Safety or related field.
• NEBOSH IGC, ISO 45001 or equivalent desirable.
• 3–5 years’ site-based HSE experience in construction or mission‑critical environments.
• Proven ability to lead inductions, toolbox talks, and safety observations.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain health, safety and environmental compliance across site operations.
• Conduct site inspections, audits and incident investigations.
• Deliver inductions, toolbox talks and safety communications to site teams.
• Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors and client representatives to ensure safe work practices.
