Job summary

Pure Data Centres Group is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead the health, safety and environmental strategy across projects in Seinäjoki, Finland. You will drive a proactive culture and oversee HSE compliance with ISO45001/ISO14001 standards, mentoring site teams and coordinating with contractors.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to work across regions while ensuring a safe, compliant work environment for all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) minimum; NEBOSH Diploma or related degree preferred.
• IOSH membership or equivalent health and safety body.
• Lead auditor and RCA investigation qualification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate visible HSE leadership and direction across Pure DC projects.
• Implement HSE business decisions.
• Ensure HSE compliance across all Pure DC projects.
• Provide HSE guidance at project level to Pure DC leadership.
• Mentor and coach Pure DC teams to develop competencies.
• Build confidence through timely decision making and problem solving.
• Work with contractors and consultants to meet HSE requirements.
• Develop and implement localised HSE programmes.
• Provide high-quality reports to leadership teams.
