Job summary

Ramboll is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to shape data center solutions within our Nordics Data Center Facilities team in Finland. You will lead electrical design across concept through commissioning, working with a global Ramboll network and local experts to deliver reliable power systems.

You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, ensure safety and standards compliance, and provide technical leadership through reviews and documentation, contributing to sustainable, state-of-the-art

Qualifications

• Experience leading electrical design teams.
• Experience designing or constructing data center facilities.
• Experience as a consulting electrical engineer.
• Strong understanding of digital design delivery through Revit/BIM 360.
• Excellent communicator capable of explaining complex technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design for data center projects from concept through construction, commissioning and handover.
• Design and oversee critical power infrastructure including MV/LV distribution, utility intake, switchgear, transformers, UPS, generators, grounding and related systems.
• Ensure safety, quality and compliance with standards, codes and client specs.
• Coordinate electrical interfaces with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership, design reviews and engineering assurance through drawings, calculations, and documentation.
