Job summary

Ramboll Finland seeks a Lead Electrical Engineer to drive electrical design for data center and mission-critical projects. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure safety and quality across MV/LV systems, switchgear, transformers,UPS, generators, and grounding.

You will contribute to a global Data Center Spearhead within Ramboll, collaborating with international experts and leveraging BIM 360 for digital design delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading electrical design teams in multidisciplinary projects.
• Experience designing or constructing data center facilities.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to clients and project teams.
• Understanding of digital design delivery through BIM tools such as Revit/BIM 360.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical design for data center and mission-critical projects from concept to handover.
• Design and oversee critical power infrastructure, including MV/LV distribution, UPS, generators, wiring, and grounding.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality per standards, codes, and client specs.
• Coordinate electrical interfaces with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership, design reviews, and engineering assurance.
