What You’ll Do

A key technical role supporting end customers and internal sales organizations across the EMEA region. Focuses on designing and presenting advanced UPS solutions, grid‑support features and emerging technologies primarily for the datacenter market. Provides coaching and technical guidance to colleagues and customers regarding UPS technologies and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical and commercial support to internal sales organizations and customers for UPS and grid‑support solutions across the EMEA region
• Support sales offices and customers in defining technical solutions, including complex and customized applications
• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into optimized technical solutions, including system design, quotations and technical documentation
• Design UPS and power infrastructure solutions in collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders such as R&D, Product Marketing and external partners
• Work in close contact and cooperation with key customers, consultants and contractors to understand application‑specific needs
• Act as a technical expert and a host for customer visits, FATs, witness tests and product demonstrations
• Provide coaching and mentorship to colleagues to elevate overall technical skills and product knowledge
• Represent Eaton as a technical advisor in customer meetings, industry trade shows and global events
• Serve as an ambassador for new products and technologies, promoting them to sales offices and customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics or a related technical field
• 5‑8 years of experience in Electrical and/or Electronic industry

Skills

• Extensive experience in power electronics, 3‑phase power systems and UPS architectures
• Comprehensive understanding of UPS technologies, systems and power infrastructures around them
• Ability to manage complex technical solutions and support sales initiatives
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences
• Proactive, self‑driven, adaptable, strong presentation and interpersonal skills, customer‑focused, problem‑solving skills, technical leadership and mentoring mindset, ability to handle client issues professionally in challenging circumstances
