Lead AI Workflows & Strategy for M&A Analysis

Job summary

Inven is building the end-to-end platform for M&A analysis and is seeking a leader to head the AI Workflows team in Helsinki. You will report to the co-founders and drive the team’s performance, growth and strategic direction, collaborating with Product and Commercial, and with Inven’s clients.

You will oversee daily leadership, define workflow vision, and grow the team from seven analysts to meet expanding client demand while aligning with the company’s growth targets.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity or a comparable analytical role.
• Strong understanding of M&A and private equity processes and client needs.
• Experience leading analysts, workstreams or projects.
• Proven ability to work with senior client stakeholders and facilitate workshops.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and extensive practical experience with AI tools.
• Ability to design processes, set priorities and hold a team to a high standard.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Finnish is an advantage.
• University degree in business, economics, engineering or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Daily leadership: Manage the team’s daily work and ensure the quality of all deliverables.
• Workflow vision and design: Identify client needs and own the workflow strategy.
• Team building: Scale and develop the seven-analyst team to meet demand.
• AI PMO: Design processes for co-developing workflows with clients.
• Cross-functional work: Coordinate workflows with Product and Commercial teams.
