Objective/Purpose:
- The main objective of this position is to maintain and build long-term relationships with stores in the region and ensure quality consistency across locations.
- Coordinate marketing activities, research, and manage brand and intellectual property. Responsibilities include:
- Planning and implementing brand and communication strategies.
- Overseeing communication and brand material implementation.
- Supervising the team, evaluating performance, and providing hands-on support in brand and communication areas as needed.
Principal Roles and Responsibilities:
- Retail sales reporting and analysis.
- Consumer and market research execution and analysis.
- Review sales forecasts.
- Coordinate meetings and sample arrangements.
- Participate in pet food industry expos.
- Prepare long-term brand plans and marketing presentations.
- Develop and execute marketing plans with headquarters.
- Maintain accurate books and submit sales reports regularly.
- Evaluate market and consumer trends.
- Enhance customer service standards.
- Provide staff training and development.
- Communicate regularly with clients.
- Ensure regional quality consistency.
- Maximize sales and profitability.
- Set and meet sales targets for individual locations.
Candidate Profile:
- Strong work ethic, high energy, interpersonal skills, motivation, and enthusiasm.
- Excellent communication skills and strong commitment.
- At least 3+ years of experience in the pet food industry.
- Experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods).
- Willing to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Experience dealing with distributors.
- Ability to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree required; a business degree is a plus.
- Ability to maintain a clean work environment.
- Business-level English proficiency, both spoken and written.
