Job summary

Neste in Espoo is seeking an IT Solution Manager for Finance Solutions to lead SAP-centered IT delivery for finance teams. You will drive planning, roadmapping, development, and deployment of IT solutions and work with stakeholders and partners to create business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT solutions delivery for Finance with SAP as core.
• Plan, roadmap, develop, maintain and optimize IT solutions.
• Collaborate with Finance, ERP, Architects, Cybersecurity and external partners to identify value.
• Ensure compliance with licenses, audits, security and governance.
• Lead project prep and support Project Manager in gate approvals.
• Ensure operational readiness post-deployment and cost management.
• Participate in Major Incidents and Crisis Management as escalation point.
• Drive ITSM adherence for respective solutions.

We are looking for you IT Solution Manager, Finance Solutions

to join our Functions Solutions IT team in Espoo.

In this role, you will take the lead in providing efficient IT solutions with SAP as a core for the Finance teams at Neste. You will be responsible for solution development initiatives & maintenance activities. Together with the key stakeholders & external partners you will be identifying new business value opportunities in your area of responsibility.

You will work closely with stakeholders in Finance, Integrated ERP, Architects, Cybersecurity, Solution Management community, SAP ERP Platforms team, IT Continuity managers & 3rd party vendors to ensure successful delivery for IT solutions under your responsibility. You will report to the IT Solution’s Team Manager. Together with your expertise, we can do meaningful work to drive Neste forward.

Your role in our team

Finance IT solutions (with SAP as a core) delivery and success incl. planning, roadmapping, development, maintenance & continuous efficiency improvement

Ensure that the solution brings value to business and promotes user satisfaction

Lead the IT partner ecosystem and drive partner success with good collaboration

Ensure compliance regarding licenses, audits, security and other compliance items

Lead projects preparation and supports Project Manager e.g. in gate approvals

Ensure operational readiness of the IT solution post-deployment

Facilitate IT solution related IT decisions in a timely manner

Participate in Major Incidents & Crisis Management and acts as an escalation point

Ensure that ITSM processes are being followed for their respective IT Solution

Responsible for IT solution cost management & optimization

Several years of proven experience in project management, IT development, IT solution maintenance and continuous improvement, partner cooperation and change management

Knowledge in SAP Finance, VIM, BW, BO and/or Controlling modules

Good understanding of finance business processes implemented in SAP system

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good understanding of financial controlling & accounting

Multi-stakeholder communication and alignment

Ability to perform well under pressure

Working knowledge of other financial systems like Hyperion, (HFM and Planning), Blackline will be an added advantage
