Job summary

Neste in Espoo is seeking an IT Solution Manager for Finance Solutions to lead SAP-centered IT delivery for finance teams. You will drive planning, roadmapping, development, and deployment of IT solutions and work with stakeholders and partners to create business value.

Qualifications

Several years of proven experience in project management, IT development, IT solution maintenance and continuous improvement.
Strong knowledge of SAP Finance modules and related tools.
Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Lead IT solutions delivery for Finance with SAP as core.
Plan, roadmap, develop, maintain and optimize IT solutions.
Collaborate with Finance, ERP, Architects, Cybersecurity and external partners to identify value.
Ensure compliance with licenses, audits, security and governance.
Lead project prep and support Project Manager in gate approvals.
Ensure operational readiness post-deployment and cost management.
Participate in Major Incidents and Crisis Management as escalation point.
Drive ITSM adherence for respective solutions.
