Job description

Are you looking for a career in an inspiring, global environment where your expertise makes a difference? At Neste, you will be working for the world’s leading producer of renewable diesel and sustainable aviation fuel, which enable our customers to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions.

We are looking for you, Intelligent Automation Developer to our Intelligent Automation & Key Expert Network team in the Marketing & Services business unit. This position is based at our headquarters in Espoo, Finland.

You will focus on implementing Marketing & Services’ Strategy Passion for Excellence and Best Customer Experience by automating processes with RPA (robotic process automation) and other Intelligent Automation solutions. We build our solutions on our Intelligent Automation platform, utilizing UiPath as our main tool. We currently have over 100 automations in production handling over 20,000 transactions per month.

As an Intelligent Automation Developer, you will combine hands‑on development work with active business engagement. In this role, building new automations requires a strongly solution‑oriented mindset, an outgoing personality, and a proactive approach to working closely with various business units. By actively listening to business needs and connecting with stakeholders, you ensure we build the best possible solutions to drive and support the business.

You will also get involved in our transformation journey as we design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 to replace the current fragmented system landscape. You will become part of our growing intelligent automation team, currently consisting of 3 experts, working closely with Marketing & Services teams in Finland, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania, as well as other Intelligent Automation developers across Neste.

Reasons to join

We operate in an inspiring and evolving business environment as a global leader in renewable fuels. We contribute to Neste’s success by living our values every day: we care, we have courage, we cooperate.

We prioritize safety at all times and in every location. We strive to create a positive and impactful work environment.

Transformation brings new possibilities and fosters our courage and curiosity. As a global company, we support personal development with versatile learning and career opportunities. Collaboration is key, and we believe in flexible, smart ways of working. We offer a hybrid working model, working at our Espoo office at least three days a week to ensure seamless teamwork, active daily collaboration, and a strong sense of belonging.

In addition, our benefits for employees in Finland include, for example, a personnel fund as part of the overall remuneration, high-quality occupational health care, membership in a health insurance fund, and leisure time accident insurance. We also support leisure activities by offering benefits for sports and culture (ePassi).
