Job summary

Enersense International Oyj is seeking a dedicated Document Controller in Helsinki, Finland, to support a major infrastructure project. The role is permanent, starting as soon as possible, with a focus on document control, IMS compliance, and stakeholder coordination.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of site-based experience, strong organizational skills, and solid IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office. EU working permit is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar site-based role.
• Excellent organization and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced IT skills, especially Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with knowledge sharing applications is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Distribute and track documents to ensure stakeholders have access to the latest versions.
• Maintain and update project registers (document, RFI, action log, issue log).
• Analyse data from project logs and highlight overdue items.
• Generate regular reports to support project tracking and status updates.
• Ensure proper storage and version control of documents per procedures.
• Liaise with external consultants and contractors to ensure compliance with standards.
• Support QA, QC and HSE initiatives with audits and documentation compliance.
