GagaMuller Group is seeking a Document Controller for an on-site role in Kouvola, Finland. You will manage project documentation across design, construction, commissioning, and handover, collaborating with BIM, project controls, and design teams to ensure standards and workflows are followed.

You will support information management, reporting, and the CSR process, contributing to a fast-paced international project environment with a focus on quality and compliance.

Formación

• Qualification in Construction, Engineering, Information Management, or Business Administration advantageous.
• Strong verbal, written and organisational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document management platforms.
• Familiarity with Common Data Environments (CDE) and digital information management processes.
• Understanding of BIM standards, workflows and ISO 19650 principles is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and maintain CDE document management systems.
• Support SharePoint and project information management platforms.
• Assist with commissioning and construction management platforms.
• Maintain CSR processes and ensure accurate project documentation sequencing.
• Produce project reports and maintain handover documentation.
