Job summary

CapMan Plc. is seeking an Investment Associate for its Infra team in Helsinki. You will work across the full investment lifecycle, from screening opportunities and building financial models to supporting deals, portfolio development, and exits.

The ideal candidate has 1–4 years in relevant fields, a degree in finance/economics/engineering, strong PowerPoint/Excel skills, and fluency in Finnish and English. A hands-on, proactive mindset and infrastructure interest are essential.

Qualifications

1–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, strategy or business development in CapMan Infra target sectors.
Higher education degree in finance, economics or engineering.
Strong analytical skills; proficient with PowerPoint and Excel.
Fluent in Finnish and English.
Hands-on financial modelling experience; solid corporate finance understanding.
Entrepreneurial attitude and interest in infrastructure.”

Responsibilities

Originating new investments: screen opportunities, analyze markets, model financials, prepare presentations.
Transactions: support due diligence, coordinate advisors and lenders, prepare investment committee materials.
Asset management: work with portfolio management on strategy, budgets, and performance; participate in board work.
Exits: assist in divestment processes.
