Qualifications

• Exposure to private equity transactions or equivalent experience in related fields.
• Solid commercial judgement and ability to operate with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong technical capability and ability to analyse complex financials.
• International experience and ties to the Nordic region are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Involvement across all aspects of the transaction process, including origination, structuring, negotiation, execution and portfolio management.
• Ownership of specific workstreams and responsibility for running elements of transactions.
• Active engagement with portfolio companies post-acquisition.
