Job summary

CapMan is seeking an Investment Associate to join the Infra team in Helsinki. You will work across the full investment lifecycle, from originating opportunities to exits, with a close-knit team and real ownership from day one.

You will screen opportunities, analyse markets, build financial models, coordinate due diligence, support asset management, and collaborate with portfolio companies and external partners.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or related field.
• Degree in finance, economics or engineering.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Fluent in Finnish and English.
• Hands-on financial modelling and corporate finance understanding.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in infrastructure businesses.

Responsibilities

• Screen and analyse new investments; build models and presentations.
• Manage deals from kickoff to closing with due diligence and lenders.
• Support portfolio company strategy, budgets and board work.
• Assist with exits and divestment processes.
