Job summary

PER in Helsinki seeks an investment associate to support across the full deal lifecycle, from origination and structuring to negotiation, execution and portfolio management. You will collaborate with senior bankers and operating partners, perform financial analysis, and help drive value creation across Northern Europe.

You will own specific workstreams, contribute to deal execution, and actively engage with portfolio companies post‑acquisition, applying strong commercial judgement and regional

Qualifications

• Exposure to private equity-style transactions or investment banking experience is advantageous.
• Strong commercial judgement and analytical capability are essential.
• International experience and a strong academic background are advantageous.
• Nordic language skills and ties to the region preferred.

Responsibilities

• Involvement across all aspects of the transaction process, including origination, structuring, negotiation, execution and portfolio management
• Ownership of specific workstreams and responsibility for running elements of transactions
• Active engagement with portfolio companies post-acquisition
