Job summary

DAMAC Digital in Helsinki seeks an experienced Finance Manager to build a scalable finance function for our data center projects. You will report to the Director of Finance and lead accounting, financial control and management reporting with a hands-on approach.

The role offers exposure to project finance, FP&A, ERP implementation and finance transformation, with opportunities to shape processes and drive efficiency in a growing global team.

Qualifications

• Experience in CAPEX-heavy environments (construction, real estate, data centers) is essential.
• Strong accounting, financial control and management reporting skills.
• Good knowledge of IFRS and accounting principles; ability to explain financial info.
• Experience with lease accounting, project accounting or assets under construction valued.
• ERP implementation or finance transformation experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting, financial control and management reporting for the Helsinki finance function.
• Oversee project accounting activities and support CAPEX projects.
• Partner with stakeholders on ERP implementations and finance transformation initiatives.

Finance Manager - Helsinki, Finland

DAMAC Digital are currently experiencing exceptional growth across the Globe and due to this, we are searching for an experienced Finance Manager to come and join our Helsinki team. You will play a key role in building a scalable finance function for the rapidly expanding data center business.
Reporting to the Director of Finance, this is a broad and hands‑on role with accounting, financial control and management reporting at its core, combined with opportunities to develop across project finance, FP&A, ERP implementation and finance transformation.

What we are looking for

• Recent experience in a CAPEX-heavy, construction, infrastructure, real estate, data center or other project-based environments is essential
• Strong experience in accounting, financial control and management reporting .
• Good knowledge of IFRS and accounting principles , with the ability to review, challenge and explain financial information.
• Experience with lease accounting, project accounting or assets under construction is highly valued.
• Experience with ERP implementation or finance transformation is a strong plus.
