Job summary

CMS Construction Management Solutions Oy is seeking an experienced Contract Admin / Site Cost Controller for an industrial project in the Gothenburg area, Sweden. You will work within the site project organization to support contract administration, cost and schedule monitoring, reporting and change management.

Responsibilities include monitoring costs and schedules, preparing progress reports, supporting procurement, and coordinating information between site management and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in contract administration, cost control or project control for industrial or construction projects.
• Strong cost tracking, reporting and project financial follow-up.
• Experience or understanding of contract and change management.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Good IT and reporting skills.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor site costs and schedules and report progress to site management.
• Prepare cost, schedule and other project control reports.
• Support contract administration and cost control activities.
• Manage and follow up on changes, deviations and their cost impacts.
• Support claims and contract change management.
• Participate in site procurement activities.
• Maintain and update project documentation.
• Coordinate information between site management, project functions, suppliers and stakeholders.
