Job summary

CMS Construction Management Solutions Oy seeks an experienced Electrical Supervisor for an industrial project in the Gothenburg region, Sweden. You will supervise electrical installation on site and coordinate with contractors and other disciplines to ensure progress meets schedule, quality standards, and safety regulations. Location: Gothenburg region, Sweden.

Start: October 2026. Duration: until March 2027.

Qualifications

• Relevant technical education in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Previous experience in similar electrical supervision roles in industrial projects.
• Good understanding of electrical installation work and site activities.
• Experience working in international project environments.
• Good IT and reporting skills.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Supervising electrical installation work on site.
• Monitoring work progress, quality and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinating electrical works with other disciplines and contractors.
• Monitoring and reporting site progress and conditions.
• Participating in site meetings and safety inspections.
• Identifying deviations and following up on required corrective actions.
• Supporting safe working practices within your area of responsibility.
