Job summary

Enersense Oyj, through Enersense Engineering, seeks a Junior Cost Controller to join our client’s team in Porvoo, Finland. The role focuses on cost monitoring, forecasting and data management to support project controls in an industrial setting.

You will collaborate with project managers and finance teams, maintain cost data, prepare regular reports, and contribute to process improvements while leveraging Excel and MS Office skills. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or studies in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Previous experience in cost control, finance or a related field.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
• Good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Support project cost monitoring and reporting.
• Assist in preparing cost forecasts and budgets.
• Track project costs and identify deviations.
• Collect and maintain cost data and documentation.
• Prepare regular cost reports for the project team.
• Work closely with project managers, planners, and finance teams.
