Outokumpu is seeking a Senior Specialist to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions team to drive design, development, implementation, and maintenance of secure, scalable IAM solutions.

As an IAM Senior Specialist, you will shape Outokumpu’s IAM landscape, ensure solutions meet security and compliance requirements, and align with zero trust principles, collaborating with IT, OT, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science or a relevant field, or equivalent experience from a similar role.
• Several years of experience in IAM/IGA, with strong hands-on configuration and development experience in IAM services.
• Strong knowledge of Entra ID and Active Directory; PAM experience is considered an advantage.
• Good understanding of cyber security, zero trust principles, integrations, and enterprise environments such as SAP.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with fluent written and spoken English. Other languages are considered a benefit.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain IAM architecture, tools, technology selections, and roadmaps in cooperation with Service Managers and other architects.
• Act as a subject matter expert for IAM solutions, providing guidance and support to IT, OT, and other business stakeholders.
• Participate in IT architectural governance and translate business requirements into secure and scalable technical solutions.
• Provide hands-on L2/L3 operational support for IAM solutions when needed.
• Ensure IAM solutions meet established cyber security, compliance, and zero trust standards.
• Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging IAM technologies, incorporating them into the IAM landscape.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external technology providers to provide technical direction and ensure effective service delivery.

• Option for on-call if needed
