Job summary

Aii Corporation Oy is seeking a project manager for a solar park project (Solar+BESS) to lead and drive the hybrid solar park project to completion in a financially viable way. The project is worth over 30 million euros and involves a solar park and a battery energy storage system (BESS).

The role includes coordinating with the chief designer and the technical expert, bearing overall responsibility for results, structuring tasks, managing contracts, and ensuring quality, schedule, and budget

Qualifications

• Experience in leading construction projects and financially viable implementation.
• Fluent Finnish and good English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hybrid solar park project to completion within budget and schedule.
• Collaborate with the chief designer and the technical expert.
• Bear overall responsibility for project results and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Structure complex tasks and manage contracts effectively.
• Ensure quality, schedule and budget realization.
• Anticipate bottlenecks and handle urgent and challenging situations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and external partners.
• Contribute to shaping work processes in an evolving environment.
• Perform work largely from a home office with regular site travel to Satakunta.
