Job summary

Aii Corporation Oy is seeking a project manager for a solar park project (Solar+BESS) to lead and drive the hybrid solar park project to completion in a financially viable way. The project is worth over 30 million euros and involves a solar park and a battery energy storage system (BESS).

The role includes coordinating with the chief designer and the technical expert, bearing overall responsibility for results, structuring tasks, managing contracts, and ensuring quality, schedule, and budget

Qualifications

• Experience in leading construction projects and financially viable implementation.
• Fluent Finnish and good English.

• Lead and drive the hybrid solar park project to completion in a financially viable way
• Work closely with the chief designer and the technical expert
• Bear overall responsibility for the project results
• Structure complex tasks
• Manage contracts
• Ensure quality, schedule and budget realization
• Anticipate bottlenecks and handle urgent and challenging situations
• Cooperate effectively with a number of subcontractors
• Contribute to shaping how work is done in an evolving environment
• Perform work largely from a home office but travel regularly to the site in Satakunta

Requirements

• Technically and economically capable university degree (Construction Engineer, DI, Production Management Engineer)
• Experience in leading construction projects and financially viable implementation
• Experience with large industrial or commercial building projects with substantial earthworks and infrastructure components
• Fluent Finnish and good English
