Job summary

Aspia seeks an AI Engineer to join our Nordic operations building production-grade AI and automation across finance, payroll and HR processes. You will design, develop, test and deploy secure, scalable solutions, collaborating with Process Owners and engineers.

The role combines backend, API integrations, data extraction and workflow orchestration, with emphasis on maintainability and governance. Hybrid work with a Finland office in Espoo.

Qualifications

• Several years of hands-on software development experience, preferably with Python.
• Strong experience with backend technologies and API integrations.
• Experience building production-grade automation and AI-enabled solutions.
• Ability to design secure, scalable, maintainable systems with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build production-grade AI and automation solutions across finance, payroll and HR.
• Work end-to-end from solution design to deployment, testing and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Process Owners, architects and engineers to ensure governance.
• Apply AI components, data extraction and workflow orchestration in real processes.
