Job summary

Litana Finland Oy, a subcontractor on the Microsoft Data Centre project in Espoo, Finland, seeks an HSE Supervisor to ensure compliance with HSE standards and promote a safety culture on site. You will report to the HSE Manager and collaborate with site management and subcontractors to maintain a safe workplace.

The role requires a relevant degree, 1 year of HSE experience in construction, and strong knowledge of electrical safety principles, with English and Russian communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HSE roles within construction or similar industry.
• Knowledge of electrical safety principles is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with Finnish legislation and EU safety standards.
• Electrical Safety Card (SFS 6002) and Occupational Safety Card (TTK) and First Aid certifications are advantageous.
• Good communication skills in English and Russian (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce compliance with project-specific HSE policies and local regulations.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, toolbox talks, and incident investigations.
• Ensure safe working practices, especially in electrical and other high-risk activities.
• Maintain HSE documentation and records as required by the project.
• Promote health, safety, and environmental awareness among workers.
• Cooperate with the main contractor's HSE representatives.
