Job summary

Prohoc in Finland and international projects is seeking an experienced HSE Manager/Supervisor to ensure compliance with safety procedures, promote a strong safety culture, and support site operations.

You will lead on-site inspections, conduct risk assessments, arrange inductions and training, investigate incidents, and maintain HSE documentation while collaborating with multiple functions to keep everyone safe.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an HSE role in an industrial environment
• Practical experience working at construction or industrial project sites
• Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations, standards, and best practices (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
• Recognized HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH IGC, IOSH Managing Safely, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Fluency in English. Finnish and/or Swedish skills are considered an advantage

HSE Supervisor / Manager

We are looking for experienced HSE Managers/Supervisors with solid backgrounds in industrial projects (energy, construction, oil & gas, etc.). In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring compliance with safety procedures, promoting a strong safety culture, and supporting site operations.

You are a hands-on HSE professional who is proactive, structured, and organized. You don’t just develop procedures—you make sure they are implemented in the field. With a collaborative and communicative approach, you can easily work with different functions and stakeholders to move things forward. You enjoy being present on site: conducting inspections, leading safety rounds, and ensuring that everyone goes home safe at the end of the day.

Location: Finland & international projects

As HSE Expert you will:
