Job summary

Prohoc in Finland is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical and instrumentation installations on challenging industrial projects. You will ensure safety, reliability and on-time delivery while collaborating with local and international teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on supervision, problem solving under pressure, and maintaining rigorous safety standards. Fluent English is required; Finnish is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical and instrumentation installations in industrial projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenges under pressure.
• Solid knowledge of safety standards and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an international environment.
• Fluent English; Finnish is an advantage.

Electrical Supervisor

As an Electrical Supervisor you will:
