Job summary

Vaisala, a global leader in measurement instruments, is seeking an HR Trainee for its Vantaa headquarters. This 12-month fixed-term role offers exposure to Total Rewards, Global Mobility, and Talent Management, with a focus on data analysis and HR processes in an international setting.

You will learn through hands-on work in compensation, benchmarking, and employer branding, collaborating with HR and Communications teams, and reporting to the Director, Total Rewards & Global Mobility.

Qualifications

• Current university student or recent graduate in HR, business, or related field.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, detail oriented, comfortable with Excel.
• Experience with statistical tools (SPSS or R) is an advantage.

• Support compensation and benefits activities and participate in annual salary processes.
• Contribute to talent management and employer branding initiatives.
• Assist with data analysis, reporting, and HR projects in a global context.
