Job summary

Outokumpu Stainless Oy in Tornio, Finland, is seeking an HR Specialist to join the HR Delivery Finland team. You will perform personnel administration tasks, manage HR data across systems, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR processes.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
• Fluent Finnish language skills and good English skills.

We are looking for an HR Specialist to join the HR Delivery Finland team. If you are enthusiastic about ensuring smooth HR processes, practical personnel administration tasks, and continuous service development, this could be the next step in your career. In this versatile role, you will be responsible for efficiently and quality-assuredly executing personnel administration tasks related to various stages of employment. You will work broadly across HR areas, develop procedures, and participate in development projects related to HR processes and systems. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, contributing to building a high-quality employee experience as part of a skilled and cooperative team. We operate in an international environment, so fluent English skills are required, and you should be confident in using English actively. English will be part of your daily work, for example, in cooperation with various stakeholders, partners, and colleagues.
