Job summary

PKC Group, part of the Motherson Group, is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to drive HR processes across the employee lifecycle in a global business. You will advise on employment matters, collaborate with payroll, coordinate recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, and maintain HR data while supporting HR systems development.

The role requires Finnish labor law knowledge, strong communication skills in Finnish and English, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience in specialist/coordinator roles.
• Degree in Business Administration, HR or related field.
• Knowledge of Finnish labor legislation and collective agreements.
• Experience with HR systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in Finnish & English.
• Structured, detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

We are now in search for a motivated and skilled HR-professional to take on the role of HR Specialist.

Position type: Permanent full time

What you’ll do

• Manage and support HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle
• Advise and support employees and managers on employment-related matters and HR policies
• Collaborate with payroll and internal stakeholders in compensation and benefits related matters
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding in cooperation with managers
• Maintain HR data, support reporting activities, and contribute to HR systems development
• Collaborate with occupational healthcare, safety, and other key stakeholders to support employee well-being
• Support internal communications

What we are looking for

• 3+ years of experience as an HR Specialist, HR Coordinator, or similar HR roles
• A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• Hands-on experience supporting HR processes across the employee lifecycle and knowledge of Finnish labor legislation and collective agreements in general
• Experience working with HR systems
• A structured, detail-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in both Finnish and English
• Previous experience in internal communications is considered an advantage
