As our HR Manager, you’ll play a key role in creating an inspiring, well‑functioning, and people‑first workplace, helping us support, and growing the talented individuals who make Yousician what it is.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Oversee and continuously develop our core HR operations, including payroll, benefits, contracts, and employee data.
• Partner closely with team leads and management on people‑related matters such as performance, development, and employee wellbeing.
• Lead and improve HR processes to support our next phase of growth, ensuring a smooth experience from onboarding to off‑boarding.
• Act as a trusted partner and point of contact for employees, offering support and guidance with empathy and discretion.
• Manage daily office operations, including facilities, supplies, vendor relationships, and budgets, to maintain a functional and welcoming workplace.
• Plan and coordinate office events, celebrations, and initiatives that strengthen culture and employee engagement.
• Own and enhance key people programs, including wellbeing initiatives, learning opportunities, and company culture events.
• Support recruitment and relocation efforts together with the Talent Acquisition team.
• Contribute to day‑to‑day people operations and ensure smooth and efficient HR practices across the company.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• Experienced HR professional with at least three years of relevant experience, ideally including HR administration and office management responsibilities.
  Solid understanding of Finnish employment law, HR processes, and general business operations.
• Confident working across both strategic and operational levels; from policy development to hands‑on problem‑solving.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster a positive and open workplace culture.
• Organized, proactive, and solution‑oriented, able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Comfortable in an international environment; fluent in English. Finnish language skills are considered a strong advantage.
• Positive, people‑centered mindset.
