Job summary

Prysmian is hiring an HR Business Partner, Payroll & Reporting to join the HR team at the Pikkala plant in Finland. This role blends payroll ownership, analytics, and compliance in a dynamic international environment.

You will lead payroll processes for monthly salaried employees, drive data quality, and deliver meaningful HR insights to support business decisions. The role requires Finnish and English fluency and strong collaboration with HR and Finance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in payroll administration and payroll process ownership.
• Strong knowledge of Finnish labor legislation and collective agreements.
• Experience working with external payroll providers and HR systems.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate payroll processes for monthly salaried employees, ensuring accurate delivery.
• Act as main point of contact for payroll-related matters with employees, managers and providers.
• Drive continuous improvement of payroll processes, controls and data quality.
• Lead HR reporting and workforce analytics delivering insights for business decisions.
• Analyze payroll and workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics for HR and leaders.
• Support expatriate and international mobility with compliance
• Partner with HR, Finance and stakeholders to support workforce planning.
• Contribute to delivering an outstanding employee experience through high-quality HR support.
