Job summary

NCC Building Nordics seeks a Segment Lead for Healthcare to drive strategic development of the Healthcare segment across Denmark, Norway and Finland. You will steer market activities, lead the segment network, and promote knowledge sharing across Building Nordics and the NCC Group.

The role requires significant experience with large Nordic hospital programs, strong leadership, and a proactive customer approach.

Qualifications

Experience developing and executing large hospital projects in a Nordic context.
Strong understanding of contracting models and commercial set-ups in complex construction.
Proactive customer approach and relationship building with stakeholders.
Strategic and operational experience in construction and large projects.
Willingness to travel across the Nordics.

Responsibilities

Drive healthcare segment strategy and ensure effective implementation.
Monitor market opportunities and drive segment development.
Support divisions in Denmark, Norway, and Finland with market and sales activities.
Lead knowledge sharing across Building Nordics and NCC Group.
Provide reviews at critical project stages.
Lead the healthcare segment network and cross-segment collaboration.
Analyze performance and identify improvements.
Plan and execute segment-specific activities.
