Job summary

NCC Building Nordics seeks a Segment Lead Healthcare to drive the development of the Healthcare segment within Building Nordics. The role covers leadership, strategy execution, and collaboration with Denmark, Norway, and Finland to leverage NCC knowledge in project opportunities.

The candidate brings Nordic hospital project experience, strong contracting know-how, and a proactive customer approach, with a track record in leading teams and strategic initiatives within large-scale construction.

Qualifications

• Experience in development and execution of large hospital projects in a Nordic context.
• Good understanding of contracting models, negotiations, and commercial set-ups in complex construction projects or similar projects.
• Proactive customer approach and ability to build relationships across all stakeholders within the segment.
• Strategic and operational understanding from construction business and large, complex projects.
• Demonstrated team leadership experience and structured working approach.

Responsibilities

• Drive work with the healthcare segment strategy and ensure its effective implementation.
• Monitor the market and project opportunities within the segment.
• Support the divisions and departments in Denmark, Norway, and Finland with market and sales activities.
• Promote knowledge sharing and build a robust knowledge capital (references, materials, methods, KPI data).
• Provide second opinions and reviews at critical project stages.
• Lead and develop the healthcare segment network in Building Nordics and foster cross-segment collaboration.
• Monitor and analyze segment performance to identify improvement areas.
• Plan and execute segment-specific activities.
