NCC Building Nordics is seeking a Segment Lead Healthcare to drive development and execution of the Healthcare segment across Denmark, Norway and Finland. The role reports to the Building Nordics Head of Business Development and focuses on shaping strategy, market engagement, and project opportunities in hospital, health centers and related facilities.

You will lead the Healthcare segment network, foster knowledge sharing, and coordinate with divisions to secure profitable growth.

Segment lead Healthcare – Business Area Building Nordics
NCC has a strong position in developing and building projects within the Healthcare segment. To further strengthen NCC’s market position and leverage competence across NCC Business Area Building Nordics as well across the whole NCC Group, the business area is now looking for a segment lead to drive the development within the strategically important segment Healthcare.

Segment Healthcare is one of Building Nordics four strategic segments which are identified as important drivers for profital growth. The project portfolio within healthcare segment includes hospitals, prisons, health centers and homes for the aged.

The role and key responsibilities
As a segment lead, you are responsible fordriving/leading and developing segment Healthcare in Business Area Building Nordics. This includes:

• Drivework with the healthcare segment strategy and ensureits effective implementation.
• Monitor the market and projectopportunitieswithin the segment.
• Supportthe divisions and departments in Denmark, Norway, and Finland with market and sales activities, for example early customer dialogues and how to best leverage NCC knowledge.
• Ensuresystematiccollection ofexperiences, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing, and securing a build-up of knowledge capital (references,sales material, buildingmethodsand solutions, project KPI:s, etcetera).
• Provide second opinionsand reviews at critical stages in ongoing projects.
• Lead and develop the healthcare segment network in Building Nordics and secure collaboration and knowledge sharing cross segments within Building Nordics and with other Business Areas.
• Monitor and analyzethe segment's performance andidentifyareas for improvement.
• Planning and execution of segment-specific activities

The segment lead acts as a link between the business area management, thedivisionmanagementand the segment network, ensuring that the segment's work aligns with NCC's strategic direction and the business area's overall priorities.

NCC Building Nordics has a strong position in developing and building projects within awide project portfolio for both public and private customers in Denmark, Finland and Norway. With a high level of competence within sustainability, digitalization and collaborative customer cooperation methods NCC Building Nordics develop the projects together with customers in an early stage.

Your experience and background
In this recruitment, we are looking for a person with the following background and experiences:

• Experiences from the development and execution of large hospital projects in a Nordic context
• Good understanding of contracting models, negotiations, and commercial set-ups in complex construction projects or similar projects
• Proactive customer approach
• Create and develop relationships with all stakeholders within the segment
• Strategic and operational experience and understanding from construction business and large, complex projects
• Team lead experience from line organization
• Your ways of working demonstrates a structured approach, persistence and a high level of impact on relevant stakeholders

Additional information
This is a full-time position that is based in one of NCC:s main offices in Denmark, Norway or Finland. The segment lead Healthcare reports to the Building Nordics Head of Business Development.
