Job summary

WithSecure is seeking a Head of Design to lead the UX for a new commercial platform and partner-facing experiences. You will build and scale the design function, own a unified design system, and drive AI-enabled design across products and partnerships.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, and business leaders to deliver outcomes that improve onboarding, usability and partner satisfaction, reporting to the Chief Product Officer. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role based in Helsinki.

Qualifications

Senior design leadership with proven ability to build and scale teams.
Experience owning a design system used across multiple products.
Strong product thinking linking design decisions to business outcomes.
Background designing for business-to-business software, preferably in security or platform environments.
Curiosity about AI and its integration into design processes.
Credibility with senior leaders and collaborative, hands-on work with Product and Engineering.

Responsibilities

Set design direction for WithSecure Elements and the partner-facing experience.
Deliver the UX for the new commercial platform as part of the Value Creation Plan.
Build and lead the design team and grow design capability across Products.
Own one design system usable by AI-assisted design and development.
Redesign MSP and distributor workflows from discovery to onboarding and renewals.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering and partner teams to translate needs into usable experiences.
Measure impact via design system coverage and partner satisfaction.
