Job summary

Supermetrics is seeking an IT Platform Lead to join our IT team in Helsinki or Dublin (hybrid). You will shape the infrastructure standards at the intersection of architecture, security, and AI, guiding integration practices and governance across tools and workflows.

You will collaborate with Product, Security, and BizOps to define standards, manage the master system map, and ensure maintainability and scalability across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with strong, hands-on API architecture (REST, webhooks, event-driven patterns, OAuth, SAML).
• Experience working with LLMs and AI platforms (Claude, OpenAI) at integration/architecture level.
• Proficiency in Python and Go, familiar with automation platforms to define standards.
• Security architecture fundamentals: Zero Trust, ZTNA, SSO, IAM.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve the master map of systems and applications, ownership, cost, and renewals.
• Help define architecture standards for Zero Trust, ZTNA, SSO, and access controls; contribute to SOC 2 evidence.
• Collaborate on the integration layer between n8n, SaaS stack, and AI agents across the business.
• Proactively steer business teams away from solutions that introduce risk; collaborate to find the right answer.
