Job summary

Orien Trade Group is seeking a GTM Director to build and lead a new go-to-market function across Europe, with focus on Germany and the UK. The role reports to the CEO and involves shaping strategic priorities, establishing processes, and recruiting an international team.

You will define pan-European GTM strategies, pricing, and trade investment, partner with Sales and Marketing, and drive growth across multiple markets while operating in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in senior commercial roles (Brand Director, General Manager, Commercial Director or equivalent).
• Experience with strategy consulting in beauty, cosmetics, K-beauty, FMCG or consumer goods is a plus.
• Strong understanding of German/UK and European beauty markets and multi-country experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the pan-European GTM and pricing strategy across markets.
• Develop annual brand roadmaps and commercial growth plans.
• Build and lead an international GTM team (10–15) over time.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Brand Management and leadership to scale the business.
• Define the GTM operating model, processes and frameworks.
