Job summary

Nordhealth, a remote-first software provider for veterinary and therapy professionals, is seeking a Founding Marketer for the DACH region. You will build our local GTM for Germany while collaborating with the global marketing team to shape campaigns, events, and content.

This is an early-career role with high ownership and growth potential, requiring German language proficiency and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a B2B or B2C marketing role.
• Native-level German language proficiency.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own go-to-market in DACH and localise the GTM strategy for Germany.
• Grow awareness and pipeline through campaigns, events, and content.
• Partner with sales to drive deals and align with global marketing.
• Be the voice of DACH clinics to inform messaging and launches.
• Lead global launches and campaigns with the wider marketing team.
• Collaborate with VP Marketing on high-priority projects.
