Job summary

Bluefors is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing & Communications team in Helsinki to shape how customers discover, engage with, and experience Bluefors across digital channels.

You will own our digital marketing activities, channels, and performance, working with Sales, IT, and external partners to plan and optimize campaigns, develop our website and social media presence, and use analytics to drive engagement and commercial impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital marketing with automation and performance measurement.
• Experience with CRM platforms and marketing technologies.
• Strong analytical skills translating data into actions.
• Expertise in digital channels, SEO, and campaign execution.
• Ability to work across teams and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategy aligned with objectives.
• Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels.
• Own marketing automation, lead nurturing, lifecycle communications.
• Act as Marketing’s key user for Salesforce CRM and related systems.
• Oversee website, social media, SEO, analytics, conversion, and UX.
• Establish KPIs and reporting processes and translate data into actions.
• Develop digital marketing systems, data flows, governance, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage agencies and partners.
