Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Bluefors’ digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
• Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels.
• Own and develop marketing automation, lead nurturing, and lifecycle communications.
• Act as Marketing’s key user for Salesforce CRM and related systems.
• Oversee website performance, social media, SEO, analytics, and user experience.
• Establish KPIs and reporting processes; translate data into recommendations.
• Develop digital marketing systems, data flows, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage agencies/partners.
